Tao Energetics draws from Classical Chinese Medicine as taught by Jeffrey Yuen — a tradition that predates and differs from modern TCM. This is medicine as philosophy: a way of understanding the human being as energy in motion, always in relationship with nature, with time, and with itself.

Energetic kinesiology offers the body as teacher. Through muscle monitoring and structured inquiry, you can access layers of held experience — emotional, physical, ancestral — and work with them gently, honestly, without judgement. This work asks for courage and rewards it with clarity.
